I am happy to announce our Sugar Seminars 2011 winter schedule is posted and we are accepting registration for classes.
We are excited to share our new list of fabulous classes and workshops beginning in January 2011, and would love to have you join us! Sugar Seminars continues to offer the best in sugar art and cake decorating education, and our classes cover an extensive range of topics and unique learning opportunities. Next year, these include working with modeling chocolate, beginning and advanced cake decorating, 3-D cake sculpting, the art of sugar flowers, the fundamentals of cake design, the business of cake decorating, and more! In addition, some of the classes are scheduled as a series over several days to give you the opportunity to advance your skills in a short period of time, and make the most of your visit to Savannah.
Our classes are a wonderful way to treat yourself to learning new and innovative sugar art and decorating skills..and they also make a fun and much appreciated gift! Please take a look at our list of class descriptions for January and February, 2011 on the pages section located on the right hand side of our blog.

Hi Minette,
I would like to register for a Ron Ben Israel class for this year but unfortunately its been sold out. I would like to be in the waiting list but you may have a long list also. Is there anyway to secure a seat for next year class? If this class will be repeated specailly the sugar roses class, I would like to secure a spot just let me know if there is a way I can do that.
Thanks,
Cris
