If you've ever thought about using ganache as a frosting but wasn't quite sure, this is the class for you!
In this one day class students will fill and frost a cake with ganache and find out how easy it is to obtain perfectly straight sides and crisp sharp edges on your cakes.
Students will next cover the cake in fondant.
Time permitting, we will make a pretty fondant bow to decorate our cake.
